We are making some changes to our subscription system on November 23, 2020.
Do I have to do anything?
Nothing. NuraNow subscribers will not be required to undertake any account-related actions.
So what’s different?
We are migrating to a new system which will make it easier for you to manage your subscription. It’s the next step in improving your NuraNow experience and allows us to expand our offering to you.
- An invoice will be generated from your migration date for $0. This invoice requires no action and will not be charged to your designated payment method. For more information regarding this invoice, visit the support page, here.
- From the 23rd of November, your subscription fee will appear as Nura on your credit card statements.
- For US residents, Nura has now established Nexus in the states listed here and is required to collect sales tax on subscriptions in those states as a result. If you reside in one of these states you will notice sales tax applied to your subscription fee going forward. Please note, this list is subject to change.
