Preorder shipping emails are now being sent. Some regions may receive their updates later than others as we receive carrier tracking confirmations to update your order. We anticipate that most shipping emails should be received within the next 48 hours.
We ask that you only consider contacting the Customer Support team regarding your NuraLoop preorder after you have received your tracking information. This helps us communicate with you and other customers in the most efficient way possible.
Confirming my shipping address
All pre-order customers will receive an email to either confirm or change their shipping address ahead of dispatch. This email will be sent to the email address that was originally used to create the order. Please verify your address via this email.
Once you've successfully confirmed your address you will receive a confirmation email.
If your order has been placed before the 1st of March 2020, you must confirm your shipping address in order to receive the NuraLoop.
What date will the NuraLoop ship on?
The Nuraloop will be shipped soon, the exact date is still forthcoming and we will let all pre-order customers know this shortly. At this time we ask that you please complete confirmation of your shipping address in order to facilitate order fulfilment.
How long will it take for the NuraLoop to reach me once my order has been dispatched?
Please see our Delivery information page. Please note that some regions may be experiencing delivery delays due to an increase in general online ordering activity in light of the COVID-19 pandemic. Unfortunately, these delays are outside of Nura's control.
Will my order incur import or tax fees?
Delivery duty and/or import fees are covered by Nura to our major shipping destinations, such as Australia, European Union, United Kingdom and United States of America. However, Nura products shipped to the rest of the world are sold on Delivered at Place (DAP) trading terms. The recipient may have to pay import duty or a formal customs entry fee prior to or on receipt. Any additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation and customers are advised to check these details before placing any orders.
As charges are individually assessed by your country's officials upon import, we are unfortunately not able to provide an estimation or if you will be charged at all. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
