NuraNow FAQ

Do I own the Nuraphone after 24 months?
No, NuraNow is not currently a rent-to-own program.

If you cancel your NuraNow subscription, any devices you've received will be remotely deactivated and you will have 30 days to send them back to us.


Can I buy the Nuraphone outright?
Yes, you can purchase the Nuraphone from our online store, or via one of our SoundStudio stores or retail partners.

Please note: If you're already a NuraNow subscriber and want to purchase the Nuraphone outright, please get in touch. We'll help you cancel your NuraNow subscription and purchase your very own Nuraphones outright.


Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, simply use our contact form and select NuraNow Orders > End Membership.Please ensure to contact us using the same email address used to create your order.


Do I have to pay the up-front fee every month?
No, the up-front fee is a one-off payment only.


How do I change my credit card details?
Contact us and we'll send you a secure link to change your credit card details.
Note: please never send through your credit card details via email; we'll instruct you on how to do this securely.

Can I change my NuraNow plan?
After 24 months you will be eligible to change NuraNow plans. If you change plans you will receive any Nura device associated with that plan as well as get to keep using every device you’ve received from NuraNow up until that point, for as long as your subscription stays active. If you choose to change plans, there may be an up-front fee associated with your new plan.

How do I get a new device every 24 months?
After 24 months you will be eligible to change NuraNow plans. If you change plans you will receive any Nura device associated with that plan as well as get to keep using every device you’ve received from NuraNow up until that point, for as long as your subscription stays active. If you choose to change plans, there may be an up-front fee associated with your new plan.

You will also have the option to stay on your current plan and choose a new device of equal or lesser value than the device associated with your current plan. You get to keep using every device you’ve received from NuraNow up until that point, for as long as your subscription stays active.

How do I add another email to access the Nuraphone?
Contact support and we'll help you add an additional email address.

Note: please contact us using the email address you used when signing up to NuraNow so we can easily identify you.

Can I make use of the 30-day satisfaction guarantee as a NuraNow subscriber?
No, the 30-day satisfaction guarantee applies to outright Nuraphone purchases only; however, NuraNow subscribers are welcome to cancel their subscription at any time with no cancellation fees.

Is NuraNow a rent-to-own program?
No, NuraNow is not a rent-to-own program. When you sign-up for NuraNow, we’ll send you a Nuraphone to use.

If you decide to cancel your subscription, the Nuraphone will be remotely deactivated and you will have 30 days to send it back to us.
