As per the nura warranty policy and 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee, returns only apply to the original purchaser of a nura product that was purchased from an authorised nura seller.

 

If you’ve purchased the nuraphone from a third-party seller, please contact your seller directly. They will have their own warranty and return processes in place.
