a) If this is your first time using your nuraphones and the nura app, you will require an internet connection to log in.
b) If you have previously logged into the nura app, you may connect to the app in offline mode (no internet connection required), however functionality is limited.
4. Restart your device.
5. Reinstall the nura app.
