The Refer a friend program is only available to Nuraphone customers and is currently not available through the Nura App. To obtain your referral code or find out how many successful referrals you've had, simply reach out to our Customer Experience Experts here.
If you're having trouble with refer a friend, can you please:
- Try referring a friend using a different browser, such as Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc.
- Try referring a friend using a different device.
- Disable all pop-up blockers/VPNs, then try referring a friend again.
- Check your Junk/Spam inboxes for any messages from Nura.
- Make sure you’re only referring a friend or family member.
As per our refer a friend terms and conditions, you can only share your discount with friends and family.
