Order issues

Changing your address  

If you’re wanting to change your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible.

We’re generally unable to make address changes because we have your order packed and awaiting shipment within three hours of being placed.  

 

Cancellations

We’re unable to cancel orders because we have your order packed and awaiting shipment within three hours of being placed.  

However, you can make use of our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.  

 

System decline

Every now and then, a nuraphone.com order will be declined due to a “System decline”. Don't worry, you won't be charged for this order!

A system decline means our anti-fraud system has declined the transaction.  

To complete the purchase, you can:

1. Use a credit card or debit card where your shipping address matches your billing address. Alternatively, update your billing details with your bank so your billing and shipping addresses match. 

2. Use an alternate payment method such as PayPal.

 

Signature on delivery

We require all orders to be signed for. We cannot amend this option.
