Can't hear the Welcome message after charging your nuraphone?
Try a resetting your nuraphone:
- Plug in your USB-A cable and connect your nuraphone to a computer/charger
- Once your nuraphone is showing as charging, remove cable
- Try to Personalise your nuraphone again
