Personalising Troubleshooting If you are still not hearing anything after charging your nuraphones and mobile device please try resetting your nuraphone by: 1. Connecting your nuraphone to charging cable (USB-A/standard cable) 2. Connect USB-A to computer or laptop 3. Place your nuraphones on your head 4. Listen for welcome back and connect to Bluetooth instructions Once you have restarted your nuraphones, will be able to use it correctly. If your nuraphone does not prompt you verbally, please contact our Customer Experience Experts and we will assist further.
