Faults and Warranty

Should you receive a faulty or damaged nuraphone please contact our Customer Experience Experts immediately on orders@nuraphone.com.  They will ask you a few questions and perform a remote test to identify the issue.

If deemed to be a manufacturing fault you will need to return the faulty unit for evaluation at our factory, and we will issue you with a replacement nuraphone. Our Customer Experience Experts will guide you through this process.

All shipping costs will be covered by nura.

 

Your nuraphone comes with a 12-month Limited Warranty.
